Online marketing for London corporate florist website

Hi there, I have to go and see a client tomorrow who wants SEO and and complete new website for their business. The website needs to rank well for; They are after a quote and strategies for improved SEO rankings for: Events florist Contract florist London Contract flowers London corporate florist London corporate florist Flower school London This is a high end florist who does extensive corporate work for the likes of BAFTA, CNN, BBC, Royal Weddings, and more. Their current site has little to no SEO, is built in Wordpress and is just 30 pages, and has just had a host change. Hosted in the UK now. So, this is an uphill struggle to get the rankings and ROI. Please quote to either; 1) Work with us to otpimise the site we will build, or 2) Quote to build the site and the SEO - in effect do the complete project. This is a subcontract job, we need to know which of the above you are suggesting, and we need to see examples of your work, including recent ranking reports for UK based sites.
