Live Support for website

Need a simple live support systme created for our new website (new website is not live yet) We will place button on website for customers to click if they are interested in a product (we are an online gift retailer) When they click on the button, up pops the window and away we go!!! Need to have an alert placed on five different computers of customer services staff so that when a live support request is made, one of the five available staff can take the request and type back to the customer. This is to be a standalone application for the website, no need for integration. Also when all customer services people have logged off the system for the evening we need a new graphic to display to say that "no one available etc" - then just click on picture to leave message (a form mail straight through to our email) Any questions please ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform -
