This is a very simple application for anyone who knows what they're doing. I need a Visual Basic 6 application to automatically create accounts and post articles to different sites. The list of sites to post to is as follows:
1. - USFreeAds
2. - Hubpages
3. - Associated Content
4. - Zimbio
5. - Wikispaces
6. - Blogspot
7. - EzineArticles
8. - Wetpaint
9. - Wordpress
10. - Goarticles
11. - Quizilla
12. - Tumblr
13. - Google Knol
Also, the following sites have re-posting capability, so that needs to be added into the software:
1. - Hubpages
2. - Zimbio
3. - Wikispaces
4. - Blogspot
5. - Wetpaint
6. - Wordpress
7. - Quizilla
8. - Tumblr
So what that basically means is that the user will select a checkbox for 're-posting' and instead of creating a new hub on hubpages, the software will add a new 'text module' to an already created hub. Similiarly for blogspot, the software will create a new post on an already existing blog instead of creating a new blog... etc etc.
The application is simple a few textboxes to choose options such as the tags, "blog/wiki/hub domain", title and a large textbox to enter the article, a re-posting checkbox and then 13 command buttons to post to each site.
The coding can be done using the Chilkat HTTP control which is an activex control to make the job easier (I have bought the complete license). Example of simple HTTP operations using that control is here: [login to view URL]
You can also use the winsock control if you're more comfortable with that, although I think the chilkat control is much easier to use.
(If you have other recommendations for how to do the HTTP posting then feel free to let me know).
If this is completed successfully, I have around 50 other websites that I want to add to this list and I will pay accordingly. Money is not a big deal: I need someone who is competent, hard-working and produces on time.![][1]
## Deliverables
For the account creation feature, you can do the GUI however you like, but the user should be able to specify the first name, last name, username, password and email address for the profile.
I will provide the username/password to log into each site if you want to assess the difficulty of automation, but you will have to automate the account creation process eventually. Some sites require selection of 'categories' for the articles so you will have to provide a listbox for selecting the appropriate category.
