Code phpnuke template

I need someone to code a template for phpnuke from a psd file. The template must adjust it size according to visitors resolution using spacers to take up the entire screen regardless of resolution. The template must use an external CCS fila and us correct w3 valid code. Please show me samples of earlier jobs in your bid. preferable nuke themes you coded.
