10 Joomla Designs

We need an experienced Designer for 10 Frontend-Layouts for the Joomla CMS System. Colours, Design and so on is in Designers Hand. Just our following requirements must be fulfilled: 1. All color, design and text definitions must be controlled by external css-file 2. The layout must be realized with div tags. 3. In the source code the div tag for the main content must be as near as possible to the closing head tag 4. We need Desings with the Navigation at the left, at the top, at the bottom and at the right. 5. Using of Flash is NOT allowed 6. All heading-text-tags must be defined in the css-file 7. Fotos if used must be copyright and licence free. The Layouts have to be used for commercial and private use. 8. The Navigation has to be as clear text. No images, only colourcodes are allowed. 9. One div Tag must be named as "empfehlungen". There will be a selfprogrammed module presented wich is called also "empfehlungen" This div tag sould be placed in the footer or lower-right or -left area. 10. The Layouts must be optimized for newest Internet Explorer and Firefox Versions 11. The Source Code must be w3c validated and error free 12. The css must be error free ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Joomla, CSS, HTML, PHP, Fireworks, Photoshop
