SIMPLE Doctor/Dentist Scheduling Portal. No customer access - only secretary. 1) Login 2) See a list of Available Doctors 3) Select the Doctor 4) See A Monthly Calendar, Have Option for a Weekly with Appointments Showing in the Week View (MS Outlook Like) 5) Click a Day 6) See Day's Appointments 6a) Add New Appointment for that Day New Appointment Information: I want this to be AJAX/Java whatever... When the secretary enters a name, as she types, the names from the DB that match come up. She can click it, and the rest of the info gets populated Patient Information Section: Full Name Phone Cellphone Cellphone Provider e-mail Appointment Information Section: Date (Filled from selected date, but can be changed) Time Start Time End --- Appointments can be MOVED, Cancelled/Deleted Each Doctor has their own calendar. I am looking to have this done very cheaply. The database structure you generate must be clean. Code should be documented/commented so that it can be followed. Generated Output should be NICE and SLEEK looking.
