Ultimento (Magento) re-design template.

Hello, I'm looking for a designer/programmer to make some changes to an Ultimento ( [login to view URL]) template. - Design banners - Design a business logo for our shop. - Make some minor design changes to the template itself. I want the template to look elegant and eye catching, without changing the code too much.
