i need the following maintenace done Need to upgrade to vBulletin3.6.8 Need to Add vbulletin blog Need to add a new forum theme (css based) Need to update photopost to most recent version. Need to reintegrate all custom profile fields that exist on current site Need to modify templates as needed to bring new site theme closer to old theme functionality Need to re implement all advertising including local advertising served by existing phpadsnew and 3rd party advertising served by google. Our users profile pages should have stand alone urls like [login to view URL] etc… currently they are assigned urls that can not be remembered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
