Build a Website

We have a urgent job for our client. Need a responsive website for elearning site. Users can come and view the courses, register for it and pay online. Every user will have their own login from where they can undergo the course. Notifications for special announcements, discounts etc should be available on the site. Online chat box and enquiry form too required. Past Experience in similar project is a MUST ( for faster delivery). Budget - not more than $125 Pls note, we have our inhouse team and this project is being outsourced as the team is occupied. we are building a team of freelancers now, so expect lot of work too.
