Industrial Internship Report

This report includes the projects that I personally involved and the areas I exposed during the internship of 6 months in Dipped Products PLC. These are the summary of the work I involved, 1. Glove manufacturing plant complete design. 2. Glove dipping machine design. 3. FEM analysis for the machine components and structural components ( Solidworks 2012_simulation xpress). 4. Design of a process bypass mechanism for a production line. 5. Thermal oil pipe line design for a plant modification and implementation. 6. Production drawing preparation of machine components for fabrication purpose. (Budget is estimated considering all the projects involved)
