Update Shopify Site - Small Projects

I would like some Small Projects completed for my Shopify Store. Desktop Site ONLY: 1) Centre Frontpage Logo & Text on Page - Sample Screenshot attached. 2) Less Black Space in between, above & below 'Featured Collections' Mobile Site ONLY: 3) Make Menu Sticky/Floating on All MOBILE Pages. 4)Featured Images appear 'Blurry' on Collection Pages & Front Page despite being High Resolution Images and 'Clear' when looking at the Image in 'Product View'. It's like the Smaller Image has been Stretched to fit Larger tile. Resolution needs fixing to suit image size on mobile. 5) Front Page Text - Move 'Wine' to the 2nd Line in the Title. Drop-Down Menus (Whole Site) 6)Remove 'Sort by' drop-down menus from the site and replace with 'All Designs' and display a list of all the products available in that specific collection. Please Ensure that the New Drop-down menu has White Background & Black text like current menus as I have recently had this fixed. 7)Under the 3 Main Headings/Collections - 'Party Decorations', 'Weddings' & 'Wine Labels & Gifts' ONLY change the 'Browse By' Drop-down menu to display a list of both 'Product Tags' and 'Product Collections' in that menu. All other Collections are to remain 'Browse By' Product tag only. Please only apply if you have read all of the tasks and are confident to complete them.
