We have a shopify site that is business to business, meaning we want customers to have to apply for membership/register and upload/email us a copy of their wholeseller's permit, and allow us to review and approve their permit and membership before they can buy something. We already have the site, so this project will only add functionality to it as described above.
The project needs to be completed not later than February 10, but sooner is better.
