I have functioned in a similar role for approx. 2 years, working remotely with our local Holden dealer in my town in Victoria, Australia. In this role I made customer satisfaction follow-up calls for all clients that visited the Holden Service Department and assisted with complaint resolution. Another component of this role was to maintain customer records and update outdated customer details whilst liaising with customers on the phone and following through on bounced emails from bulk mailouts. This role was similar to the position / project you currently have available.
