Minor modifications to 2 x STL files

Hi this will difficult to modify this stl files. I have seen and tried to work on it. There are too many surface has been created. This is better to rework on it as new. If you can give me the dimension of the rim and hole position then I can do it very fast. the other one I need the dimension only. I will complete this job within 1 day. Regards kayes
