Search Engines Urls

What I'm looking for is the search engines post/get data URLs. What is that? When you fill any forms on any site, and after you click submit, a URL request is made to the server with the form info. Those are the URLs I am looking for. You must include if the method used was POST or GET. These URLs can be to any search engines(popular se's must be in there), directories, blogs, etc. I need about 200 or more( please post the amount you can get ) They must be free to submit and require no email confirmation...meaning the submitter shouldn't have to click on the link(link that is sent to your email) in order for the site to be indexed. They must include arguments according to this: [[[email]]] = email of the submitter [[[url]]] = url of the site being added. [[[fname]]] = first name of the submitter [[[lname]]] = last name of the submitter [[[fname]]] = first and last name of the submitter [[[company]]] = company of the submitter [[[keywords]]] = keywords of the site [[[desc]]] = description of the site [[[username]]] = username (some se require submitter to register. Very rarely will this be needed) [[[password]]] = password (some se require submitter to register. Very rarely will this be needed) [[[comments]]] = extra comments by the submitter [[[meta]]] = meta tag of the site [[[title]]] = title of the site [[[hitsday]]] = daily hits to the site [[[hitsmonth]]] = monthly hits to the site [[[hitsyear]]] = yearly hits to the site [[[address]]] = home address of the submitter (very rarely will this be needed) [[[phone]]] = phone number of the submitter (very rarely will this be needed) [[[fax]]] = fax number of the submitter (very rarely will this be needed) [[[city]]] = city of where the submitter lives in [[[state]]] = state of where the submitter lives in [[[zip]]] = zip code of where the submitter lives [[[country]]] - shortcut of country (examples: US, UK, FR..) [[[country1]]] - the long name (example: United States Of America, England, France) you can add any other arguments that a search engine requires as long as you leave me a good description of that added argument.
