Digital Real Estate Platform Presence Project Details One Driver Realty is looking for an IT Software Engineering firm or an IT Software Engineer professional specialist to build a comprehensive digital robust real estate professional and leads platform that will exist in the form of a marketplace. This platform will be accessible to professionals and the public and must include content. The goal of the platform is to provide intuitive tools that digital real estate professionals, and Real Estate Investor/developer, and Real Estate Transportation Logistics Professional and leads Generators a use to conduct their activity quickly and effectively. The platform should be dynamic and effective with functions that are easy to use and provide real value to users. The envisioned platform should have a smooth user experience and feature rich tools which can assist professionals in their activity. The IT Software Engineering firm and or IT Software Engineer professional specialist will program software, develop the functions, features, functionality, and aesthetics of the intertwined leads platform, and will deliver 100% Turnkey Functional and operatable platform in immediate partial phases and fully active within ___ days. Certain websites identified for content adaptation for requirement details of which shall meet and improve to meet copyright laws. See general information provided. The IT Software Engineer full stack freelancer and or the IT Software Engineering full stack firm will deliver all required IT software engineering per the following noted pre-requisites requirements of which may change as we scale and grow our platform. The IT Software Engineer Freelancer and or the IT Software Engineering Firm will deliver immediately within 3 to 5 day an urgent phase launch that must include: Fully Coded and operatable preliminary Real Estate Website from the HTML file provided, E-commerce Store and most important the recruiting par on it own that will be cloned-scraped-copied and edited to meet copyrights, and will integrate the urgent temporary phase to NWMLS and other third parties immediately. You must be able to review all general visual information I formulated, please note I am not an IT person and therefore I will be unable to direct you or tell you what IT requirements I am looking for.
