Live Production

A small group of employers in the live music industry in Madison, WI have joined together to create a Live Production certificate program at Madison College. After COVID shutdowns the live music industry is booming, but we don’t have enough well-trained technical professionals to adequately staff our music venues. Our 2-semester/one year certificate program is designed to quickly and thoroughly train students for entry level technical jobs in live production. Now we need to get the word out to as many potential students as possible. We’d like to create a standalone website that is separate from the Madison College website. The purpose is to provide a quick snippet of the Live Production Program and allow viewers to click to the curriculum & registration page on the Madison College website. Once our standalone website is created, we will send an email blast to all the customers who bought concert tickets at 3 of our local venues in the past year. We will also advertise the standalone website on electronic boards and paper posters at our venues during concerts. For that, we’d like to create a QR code that can take customers to our standalone website. The project I am requesting from you is the creation of a standalone website that is very simple and interesting, and will entice the reader to click through to the Madison College website to learn more about the Live Production program. This website will not be updated – it will remain static except for a few potential changes to instructor bios, if needed.
