Creating a complete Website (Web 2.0 Standards) includes Xhtml /Css/ Drop Down Menus Web 2.0 DIV Base

Hi I have Designed the template already so i need somebody who can Create Xhtml/ Css/ Drop Down menus etc of the site. The site should be created in Web 2.0 Standards DIV Based. Also Drop Down is on all the Links make the Drop down in such a Way that I can Add link or Edit them later. Make sure the Detail. the Site & the Drop Down / Fonts of the Drops Down menus should be Exactly the site should have Very Detail. Just need to create 3 Pages Rest I will do it By File SAVE AS and link them with the Menus/Dropdown. I am sure you understand what I am trying say. I need this site to be Completed within 2 - 3 Business Days if you can do it within 2 days that would be Great & sure I will keep giving you more Project. Thanks for looking.
