I am looking for someone who have experience with creating custom Zendesk apps. I need to create two apps: 1. App which will connect to our Outlook mail server and fetch all outgoing e-mails sent to customer with the same e-mail address with specific filtering (filter website system e-mails), with possibility to preview the message inside Zendesk. 2. App which will connect to our ERP software using API (already working) using customer e-mail address and display order history with possibility to preview order information. Also Customer lifetime sales value and order quantity to be displayed here.
