We would like to automate the extraction, transformation and loading of health standard language 7 (HL7) files into a MySQL database hosted on a Microsoft Windows server. The files are sent to the Microsoft Windows server every 5 minutes and we have to load them and once processed move them to a different folder. I have attached our database structure and an example of the HL7 file (dummy) and MySQL database structure. Our HL7 file is for one patient and have one or more OBR per patient.
