I have created a lot of games like this for local advertising agencies here that handles projects for company's such as Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Unilab and Nestle as well as casino games. I have more than 15 years of experience in building flash applications. I have a lot of experience in working on Flash Builder, FlashDevelop, Flash IDE as well as using AS3 frameworks. I am currently involved on live streaming media applications using flash platform, games and elearning objects. I checked the document attached and it looks pretty straightforward to me.
