Very Simple Magento Mobile Website using WAPL

I need a mobile website built for my ecommerce website. It should contain the functionality of a regular magneto website but without the shipping and payment methods. I have all the graphics, page layouts and details of what each page should look like and what type of functionality each page should have. Also I have all the content for each page as well.
